Our commitment
ProfitWire is committed to providing an accessible experience and continuously improving the usability of the product for people with disabilities. We consider accessibility across navigation, forms, interactive controls, visual contrast, keyboard use, assistive technologies, and responsive layouts.
Measures we take
Where possible, we build ProfitWire using practices that support a wide range of users and assistive technologies:
- Semantic HTML for pages, forms, and landmarks
- Keyboard-accessible interactive controls
- Visible focus states on links, buttons, and inputs
- Descriptive labels for form fields and icon-only controls
- Logical heading hierarchy on each page
- Structure intended to work with common screen readers
- Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference
- Responsive layouts for phone, tablet, and desktop screens
- Contrast-aware color tokens across light and dark themes
- Accessible error, status, and confirmation messaging
Standards and guidance
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG, as a reference when reviewing and improving the product. This statement does not represent a formal certification or a claim of conformance at a specific WCAG level.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of ProfitWire may not yet provide an optimal experience with every assistive technology, browser, or device combination. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can investigate and improve.
Report a barrier or share feedback
We welcome reports about accessibility barriers, difficulty using a feature, compatibility problems with assistive technology, or requests for information in an alternative format.
Expected response: 1–2 business days.

When it’s possible, sharing the following details helps us reproduce and address the issue faster:
- The page or feature involved
- What you were trying to accomplish
- The browser and device you were using
- The assistive technology involved, if any
- A description of the barrier you encountered
- Screenshots, when useful
You do not need to disclose a disability or share any medical information in order to report an accessibility issue.
