Use this page to exercise the privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy. We respond to verified requests within 30 days (45 days for complex requests, with notice).
What you can request
- Personal data export — a machine-readable copy of the personal data associated with your account.
- Marketplace data export — the listings, orders, and sync history we hold from your connected eBay account.
- Account information — settings, plan history, and invoice metadata.
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correction — correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Restriction / objection — restrict or object to certain processing where the law provides that right.

How we verify you
To protect your account we will only fulfil requests once we can reasonably verify that you are the account holder — typically by matching the request against the email address on file and, where needed, by asking you to confirm the request from within a signed-in session. Authorized agents must include written proof of authorization.
